Case study report on a school going student

observe any school going student either at school OR in their vicinity and prepare a report with the following aspects:

1. Presenting Problem

2. Demographic details of the student

3. Psychosocial History

4. Mental Status

5. Assessment

6. Intervention Plan and Goals

7. Diagnostic Impressions

8. Skills and Challenge Areas of Session

I have a reference case study but that is in a third-person POV, It is of a girls trauma and counsellor intervention, plan etc. Now I cannot find someone who went to counselling so confused how to write the case study.
