Present a case study that you have worked on as a clinician.

Learning Goal: I’m working on a social work case study and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

The purpose of this exercise is to evaluate your written communication skills, your ability to conceptualize a case and your ability to work with a client.

1. Present a case study that you have worked on as a clinician.

2. The case study presented should be no longer that two (2) pages typed, single spaced.

3. The sample must be accompanied by a cover page explaining the case context in which you worked on the case.

If an applicant chooses to submit a work sample containing confidential or privileged information, the applicant must identify the steps taken (redactions, name changes or consent from the client or employer) to preserve the confidential or privileged nature of the document.
